Delhi Blast Update: Understanding the Links from Kashmir to Kanpur
The Uttar Pradesh ATS has taken into custody Dr. Mohammad Arif (32), a cardiology student from Kanpur, in connection with the Delhi Red Fort blast case. Arif, a resident of Anantnag, is alleged to have been in contact with suspects connected to the terrorist network of former GSVM professor Dr. Shaheen Saeed.
Authorities seized his phone and laptop for forensic examination and brought him to Delhi for questioning as the investigation expands. Photos recovered from Arif’s home in Khahgund, Verinag, show connections between Kanpur and the Delhi blast.
