More impressed then we even expected to be! Our groomer, Abigail, was absolutely phenomenal! One of our dogs came from a horrible abuse situation & as a result is extremely difficult to groom. I was shocked at how quickly Abigail understood her needs & won her over! Her patience& kindness are 5-stars on their own, but she’s also a very knowledgeable groomer. It was 1st timer using a mobile groomer & a very smooth, easy experience… & you can't beat the convenience. We’d give Shampoochie 10 stars if we could.
