The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is expected to continue affecting large parts of the country, bringing rains and thunderstorms to Palawan, the Visayas, and Mindanao, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Saturday, November 15.
