The Construction Industry Development Board of Malaysia (CIDB) has launched a comprehensive investigation into the Nov 18 incident where a temporary steel canopy collapsed at the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) construction site on the Middle Ring Road 2 heading towards Batu Caves, according to Works Minister Datuk Seri Alexander Nanta Linggi.
