These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.
I was called to go out and meet with some of my other associates for various reasons, not just one reason. We like to combine several types of business all into one trip because that would be the efficient thing to do.
As I said many previous times, we are not just outside to do what we appear to be doing on the surface by casual observation. My other international group associates and I always have a secondary or tertiary agenda beyond what we appear to be doing on the surface, whenever we are outside in the various types of public spaces. All it takes is one second or less for some uniformed and/or civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrator and/or collaborator to be made internet famous. It does not take that long to do a handshake to pass along some data storage memory card or storage device with various perp and collaborator information, data, images, along with the people and things connected to them in some way. We want the various gangstalking perps to see other gangtstalking perps getting internet famous and gossiping about it like a mind virus.
As case in point on this topic,is the black perp car loitering at the Shell gas station pumps and not getting out to buy anything or go anything. You can see that black gangstalking perp car just loitering and driving around in a circle at that gas station just to loiter and take up time to continue perp spying and getting internet famous. You can see me driving around to force that black perp car to move, get all flustered, and to screw up, self expose in the most suspiciously retarded manner possible, in order to please my international group associates, my factions of government/corporation official and politician friends, and my other global audiences.
There were other loitering gangstalking perps and collaborator too. One of them is the guy pretending to be smoking a cigarette outside on the dark streets by the tree, towards the end of this video. My associates and I were pointing out suspicious acting zombie robots all night long as we travelled from place to place to collect/share them all.
