Rovena Barbuto, a lawyer from Wellington, Florida, USA filmed the scene after finding her daughter Camilla suspiciously quiet.
When she peeked under the desk, she found the toddler with lipstick smeared across her face, hands, her doll, and even the floor.
Camilla was looking both guilty and proud of her makeover skills.
