A cattle thief acted recklessly by pushing a stolen cow out of a moving car in Nenasi, Pekan on Sunday (Nov 30).
Pekan district police chief Supt Mohd Zaidi Mat Zin said the complainant and several residents attempted to pursue the suspect, who sped off and escaped.
