Newly-appointed Chief Judge of Malaya Datuk Hashim Hamzah has pledged to enhance the justice delivery system, emphasising the importance of judges writing grounds of judgment and speeding up court trials.
Hashim took oath of office along with four other newly-appointed Court of Appeal judges at a ceremony in Putrajaya on Wednesday (Dec 3).
