Fisherman takes on state in fight for rights

A fisherman in Hong Kong has appeared in court as part of a battle to defend his way of life.

Now the case of Mo Chun Kau is being seen as a test of how well Hong Kong's legal system is doing, to protect human rights.

For generations families have been living off the waters of Peng Chau island but after the area was declared a marine park the by-laws were changed.

The case for one man's right to fish has caught the attention of Hong Kong's legal community.
