Rumours are mounting tonight that Russian billionaire Aleksandr Lebedev would like to revive Britain's News of the World, the newspaper recently shut down by Rupert Murdoch. The ex-KGB agent has some experience of the UK paper business, owning both the Independent, and the London Evening Standard. RT's Laura Emmett reports from the UK capital.
