In a shocking incident of corporal punishment, teachers of an educational institute in Rajouri burnt the feet of a 10-year-old boy with a hot iron. The student's feet were branded because he did not remember his lessons. But even as two teachers have been arrested, they continue to deny carrying out any such act.
